37-40+ weeks

How far along?  Currently 40+ weeks (41 according to the Dr.s and 40 +3 according to me.
Total weight gain/loss: Last week I was up to 257 so I goes that would be 34lbs gained...this week I was down to 256 so 33lbs gained.
Maternity clothes? of course
Stretch marks? Yes but I still think they look better than they did in my first pregnancy even though I am at a higher end weight
Sleep: Sleep has been better again this last week. My groin pain has finally gone away.
Best moment this week: Just having the dr. reconfirm that Eli is doing well and that things look good even though I am over due.
Movement: He is still moving and kicking all over the place and I love it!
Labor Signs: Yes, I have been 1 cm dilated last week and 1.5cm this week, and the Dr. was able to stripe my membranes on Tues and I passed my plug on Wed afternoon along with some more contractions that didn't really go anywhere.
Belly Button in or out? STILL IN!
What I miss: My own space.
What I am looking forward to: Having this baby and meeting Eli for the first time....along with no more heartburn and the other discomforts of pregnancy.
Weekly Wisdom: Trying not to rush things but really want to get this show on the road!
Milestones: We will be having another round of non stress test tomorrow along with an ultrasound and cervical check...so maybe just maybe...it will be time to meet our little guy!

33-36 weeks and playing catch up!

Needless to say between all of the holidays and moving and not having a good internet connection I have to play catch up with the updates!

How far along?  Currently 36 weeks
Total weight gain/loss: Week 33 through 35 I was still at 25 lbs gained...week 36 I am about 27lbs gained.
Maternity clothes? of course
Stretch marks? Yes there are some coming out of hiding or new I still don't know...but they do not look as gruesome as they did att he end of my last pregnancy...but I do have a few weeks left.. They just started to show up at 35 weeks again.
Sleep: Sleep was great when I was in my own bed, bow it is harder. I am in a beds that are not as big or comfortable as my own. The stiffness of the mattresses makes my hips feel sore and not having a good pillow is also a downfall but I will probably be heading out to buy a new one today. Also my 2 year old has actually been climbing into bed with me way to often, although he is getting better at just sleeping in the bed I put him in for the whole night. I also have to pee a million times in the middle of the night which never helps with sleeping.
Best moment this week: I would say until this week it is just felling Eli move all over my stomach. But Yesterday the Dr. told me that I don't even look like I am 36 weeks yet and that was just nice to hear! She also told me she didn't think that Eli will be any bigger than his brother at birth so that would be a blessing.
Movement: He is still moving and kicking all over the place and I love it!
Labor Signs: Thankfully no...not at all! The Dr. actually checked me during my group B strep test and I was still closed up, so hopefully this baby will wait until after Daddy gets here to come out!
Belly Button in or out? STILL IN!
What I miss: My husband, my own bed and not living out of bags! Other than that I can not complain to much
What I am looking forward to: The next few weeks as we get ready for Eli's arrival and just enjoying this time since it is probably my last pregnancy.
Weekly Wisdom: Don't try to move, change jobs, buy a car, sell a car, have birthdays and holidays, buy a house, potty train a toddler and have a baby all within 2 months! hahaha...but that is my life!
Milestones: Group B was negative, baby is looking good and just enjoying time with my family and watching my son have a good time with his grandparents!

32 weeks!

How far along?  Holy Hannah I am already 32 weeks!
Total weight gain/loss: +25lbs....
Maternity clothes? of course
Stretch marks? I am undecided on if I have a new one or not...praying that it isn't, but I don't think my luck will be lasting much longer :(
Sleep: It has been alright...the last few nights I have woken up with belly pains but nothing unbearable.
Best moment this week: Watching my stomach actually jump for Eli's kicks!
Movement: Yes he is a mover and he moves more than Noah ever thought about, but it is such a blessing to be able to feel him and know he is growing and healthy!
Gender: Boy
Labor Signs: Thankfully no.
Belly Button in or out? IN...I told you it was the black hole!
What I miss: My belly not aching but no complaints as long as Eli is healthy!
What I am looking forward to: Getting this long plane ride over with...and the long drive to follow!
Weekly Wisdom: Don't feel guilty about not picking up your toddler all the time. In reality he needs to get used to it for after the baby is born anyways and it isn't good to be aching from carrying all the baby weight and then a toddler on top of it!
Milestones: Another week of baking this baby is complete, can not ask for much more.

31 weeks...and all the Christmas goodies..

How far along?  31 weeks
Total weight gain/loss: +25lbs....yup I think the Christmas goodies got to me a little bit :/...but it was par for course...back on track. Please pray for me though as I am moving in a week and living with other people with less control over what and when I eat
Maternity clothes? of course
Stretch marks? No difference yet
Sleep: Back to good sleeping...almost to good, my bladder feels like it could burst when I wake up!
Best moment this week: Realizing that Eli is a mover and a shaker! He is on the go go go and he isn't shy about it!
Movement: I have a mover and shaker in my belly!
Gender: Team peen
Labor Signs: Thankfully no.
Belly Button in or out? IN
What I miss: Being able to bend without it hurting....this belly has very little give!
What I am looking forward to: Just enjoying the holidays with my family!
Weekly Wisdom: Don't freak out about the jump in weight...the Doctor actually had me gaining 8lbs since my last visit....but I had just had lunch and it was mid day...I waited a few days and reweighed myself...needless to say +4lbs isn't great....but way better than what I thought was going to be +8lbs!
Milestones: making it through a stressful week with lots of things pulling me and my attention in different directions!

30 weeks

How far along?  30 weeks! Can not believe this pregnancy is definitely on the downward slope. It really is bitter sweet.
Total weight gain/loss: +21lbs!! Still holding out thank the Lord!!
Maternity clothes? of course
Stretch marks? No changes from last week!
Sleep: Started to be a little uncomfortable the last few nights :( Hoping it won't stay this way and it is just because I am stressed and the way Eli is laying.
Best moment this week: Seeing Noah's face as he felt Eli kick and he tried to kick Eli back...we went to high fives instead!
Movement: Becoming more and more and Eli really is a little wiggler!!
Gender: Team peen
Labor Signs: Thankfully no.
Belly Button in or out? IN
What I miss: Not having my lower back/hip ache on and off
What I am looking forward to: Letting my family enjoy the end of this pregnancy with me!
Weekly Wisdom: Don't over do it! After Noah's party I ached for 2 days....but I think it had more to do with getting my flu shot the Friday prior too...I don't remember the last time I ached that bad!
Milestones: maintaining my weight and health...and Eli is growing because I can feel him more and more!

29 weeks

How far along?  29 weeks!
Total weight gain/loss: +21lbs!!
Maternity clothes? of course
Stretch marks? No changes from last week!
Sleep: Still good!
Best moment this week: Starting to actually feel this little bogger kick and move more and more
Movement: I am actually starting to feel him! H must have had a little growth spurt!
Gender: All boy
Labor Signs: Thankfully no.
Belly Button in or out? IN really don't think it is going to pop out this time either.
What I miss: Diet Coke...my one vice in life and i am going to try and stay off from it, which means never having it again. I really don't know if I can do it, but I haven't had it in 27 weeks so this is probably a good place to continue from...even though I still want it!
What I am looking forward to: Besides the normal feeling Eli move, being healthy....I am really looking forward to seeing family in a few weeks, although it is bitter sweet because I will be leaving Wes for a month or so...but distance makes the heart grow fonder, right?
Weekly Wisdom: Enjoy the little moments to yourself as a special bond between you and your baby.
Milestones: Just staying healthy and not gaining a ton of weight.

28 weeks and Welcome to the 3rd trimester!!

How far along?  28 weeks! 1st full week of 3rd Trimester
Total weight gain/loss: +back down to 20lbs!!
Maternity clothes? of course
Stretch marks? No changes from last week!
Sleep: Still sleeping on my back. Can not get it to change no matter how many times I flip to my side...I wake up on my back
Best moment this week: Seeing Eli on the ultrasound again!
Movement: I can not feel most of it, but that is because I have an anterior placenta...The Dr. described it as Eli having to punch through a mattress to get me to feel it. Kind of sucks and takes the excitement of feeling the baby move out of it, but so glad to know that he is alright!!
Gender: BOY BOY BOY and definitely saw the "turtle" on the ultrasound again yesterday!
Labor Signs: Thankfully no.
Belly Button in or out? IN
What I miss: My right hip not hurting.
What I am looking forward to: Just staying healthy and enjoying this little boy's movements as much as possible!
Weekly Wisdom: When in doubt ask your doctor! I am so glad to just know why Eli's movements are not as frequent as they should be...or at least I can not feel them as much as normal!
Milestones: Made it to the 3rd trimester!
